The nut won't fit...
This is a case of a product for which we received a consultation stating, "The nut manufactured according to the drawing does not fit into the product."
Despite the nut with an outer diameter of φ390 and an inner diameter of M340 being completed as per the drawing, it did not fit into the product, so we conducted an investigation at Sanri Special Steel. The dimensions were processed according to the drawing, but when measured with a three-dimensional measuring machine, distortion was found in the threaded portion of the inner diameter.
Such phenomena can often occur with spacers, collars, sleeves, and various other products, not just this nut. Sanri Special Steel has produced many difficult-to-machine thin-walled ring-shaped products and supports customers with the know-how accumulated over many years.
